From February 3-6, 2025, Al Akhawayn Conference Center in Ifrane hosted the delivery of the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP), a flagship milestone of the MORHEL project, co-funded by Erasmus+ CBHE and coordinated by Al Akhawayn University
A dynamic group of 22 leaders and managers from Moroccan partner universities embarked on an enriching journey to enhance their leadership skills and strategic vision. Representing 11 universities, these participants engaged in four key modules:

✅ Governance Models
✅ Strategic Management
✅ Monitoring & Reporting
As part of Work Package 4, this training is a crucial step in strengthening higher education leadership across Morocco.
