From January 19 to 22, 2026, Al Akhawayn Conference Center in Ifrane hosted the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP)—a major milestone of the MORHEL project, co‑funded by Erasmus+ CBHE and coordinated by Al Akhawayn University.
This fifth and vibrant cohort brought together 22 leaders and managers from 11 Moroccan partner universities, all committed to strengthening their leadership capabilities and strategic outlook. Over the course of the program, participants explored four key modules:
