National Leadership Development Program (NLDP) – Moving Forward!
From September 22–25, 2025, the Al Akhawayn Conference Center in Ifrane hosted the latest edition of the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP)—a flagship initiative under the MORHEL project, co-funded by Erasmus+ CBHE and coordinated by Al Akhawayn University.
🌍 This fourth cohort brought together 22 emerging leaders and university managers from 11 Moroccan partner institutions for an intensive leadership development experience aimed at enhancing strategic thinking and institutional effectiveness.

Participants engaged in four core modules:
✅ Quality Assurance
✅ Finance & Budgeting
✅ Operations Management
✅ Information Management Systems
