📢 National Leadership Development Program (NLDP), Leveling up! 📢
On September 8-11, 2025, Al Akhawayn Conference Center in Ifrane hosted the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP), a key milestone of the MORHEL project, co-funded by Erasmus+ CBHE and coordinated by Al Akhawayn University.
The third dynamic cohort of 22 leaders and managers from Moroccan partner universities embarked on an enriching journey to enhance their leadership skills and strategic vision. These participants, representing 11 universities, took part in four essential modules:

👉 Human Resource Management
👉 Change Management
👉 Ethics & Social Responsibility
As part of Work Package 4, this training is a crucial step in strengthening higher education leadership across Morocco.
