📍 July 14–17, 2025 — The Al Akhawayn Conference Center in Ifrane was the venue for the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP), a flagship deliverable under the MORHEL project, co-funded by Erasmus+ CBHE and coordinated by Al Akhawayn University.
🌍 Bringing together 22 emerging leaders and university managers from 11 Moroccan partner institutions, this third cohort engaged in an intensive leadership journey designed to sharpen strategic thinking and elevate institutional impact.
Participants explored four foundational modules:

✅ Finance & Budgeting
✅ Operations Management
✅ Information Management Systems
